Kristen Cavallari was at The Hills after show last night. I love the lace dress and shoes. The outfit gets 3 paws up from me. But that hair does not! She should have spent a little more time on the hair and makeup. It looks like she got out of bed and put the outfit on. Hair and makeup gets 2 paws down. Better luck next time Kristen.
